What you will do

At Renault Trucks Türkiye you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. 

The main responsibilities of the position are:

Connected Solutions

·  Being owner of provided connected solutions such as, proactive maintenance plan, FOL, Optifleet, Driver App
·  Secure the connectivity of the trucks
·  Update, follow and report connected trucks results
·  Promote, train and inform dealers and customers about connected solutions

Optifleet

·  Follow up of the registration and invoicing process
·  Report and analyze the usage of the customers
·  Promote, train and inform dealers and customers about Optifleet

Fleet Management – Digital Twin

·  Promote fleet management solutions to the fleet customers
·  Coordinate the data coming from Fleet Management within the company
·  Analyze and recommend solutions to the customers

Other Responsibilities

·  Act as a product engineer to handle salesmen / aftersales team requests regarding connected services. Train the ASMs, RAMs and dealers
·  Benchmark our connected services with the market. Work with marketing department on commercializing

The main requirements in this role are:

·  Undergraduate degree from BSc, Mechanical Engineering etc.
·  Strong customer and business focus
·  Excellent communication and sales skills
·  Commercial minded, result oriented, self-motivating
·  High capacity of analyzing numerical data
·  Good command of English and MS Office applications
·  Ability to travel
