The Enterprise IT Delivery department in Group Enterprise Technology caters to IT needs of Vodafone Group Enterprise that includes four lines of businesses (Vodafone Global Enterprise, Vodafone Carrier Services, Internet of Things, and Cloud & Hosting Services), Product Management, Sales, Global Operations, etc. The function also builds re-usable assets that cater to the IT needs of Enterprise Business Units in a number of Vodafone Local Markets.
The UX/UI Digital Designer will be responsible for the Digital Channels Omni-channels agenda, creating user journeys focusing on the customers’ business needs delivering on existing Vodafone brand and CXX Distinctly Digital practices and technologies.
With us you will:
Proven background in user experience design to guide product & solution UX/UI designs;
Good understanding of new technologies that are now arising in the digital space like Big Data-Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning;
Ability to effectively synthesise requirements of multiple stakeholder groups to define visual assets and technology enablers;
Can-do attitude and strong execution skills.

Assisted in Usability concepts, User research reports and UX architecture
