Customer Service Adviser 101, Manchester

Salary: £17,500.00 + bonus (potential earnings of up to £800 every quarter) + great benefits

Shift pattern: The hours will be between 8am and 8pm with every other Sunday

About the role

Are you passionate about delivering great customer service in an efficient manner? All sorts of people need to use the police's non-emergency 101 service and we're responsible for directing calls from across the country to the right place. It's a big responsibility, so it's vital that we resolve any issues quickly. This is where our Adviser's come in. They handle a range of issues. They always ensure that they answer calls quickly and provide the right information and guidance to customers. We're all about offering a first-class service, and your top-notch customer skills will need to shine through on each call you take.
