Customer Service Advisor 101, Wythenshawe, Manchester

Full time, Permanent – Monday – Sunday between 7am – 7pm

Salary: £17,500 per annum + annual bonus (potential earnings of up to £800 every quarter)

What will I be doing?

All sorts of people need to use the police’s non-emergency 101 service and you will be responsible for directing calls from across the country to the right place. It’s a big responsibility, so it’s vital that you resolve any issues quickly, efficiently and with total accuracy, providing the right information and guidance to customers. We’re all about offering a first-class service, and your top-notch customer skills will need to shine through on each call you take.
