About the Role
Part of the Customer Change Team within Billing operations, supporting the implementation of commercial changes to customer billing accounts. Key responsibility is to maintain the integrity of customer data, ensuring that all elements are updated in-line with customer requirements. Types of changes processed by the team include changes to pricing, account name, account liability, billing attributes.
To be a contributing team member, ensuring key business objectives and individual performance standards are met and/or exceeded.
