Role Purpose:
To provide professional 1st line engineering services in the provision of provide & assure activity on the Customers Strategic Network on behalf of Vodafone. Also responsible once appropriate competencies achieved for the provision of 1st line 24 x 7 x 365 support for a key utilities supplier.

Responsibilities:
Work effectively as part of the wider Dedicated Services team, through networking and sharing experiences
To assist both the Field and Project Engineers in carrying out 1st line installation, commissioning and maintenance work on the customers network
Work independantly as required.
Work effectively with both internal and external customers
Responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out to departmental standards
Gain an understanding of the wider operations of the business and where your team fits in
Complete all work-based learning to become fully competent in your role
Work effectively as part of a team

Experience:
Technical competence in IT, electronics, Telecoms
Interest in increasing technical skillset
Technical qualifications - desirable
Full Clean Driving License
