Consumer at Vodafone

Our consumer business is all about how we sell Vodafone to home customers, deliver a great experience and provide the best network in the future. It's also about helping and giving customers the confidence to use our products and services. As technology advances and the demands of our customers change, we're now offering a new converged service to allow customers to be confidently connected to their professional and personal worlds; and it takes a wide range of talents, skills and expertise to deliver this.


The Customer and Channel Value Management team focus on our channel performance and our relationship with our customers. Insight is a key focus area for the business and we look to drive change through better understanding.

This person will focus on channel and campaign performance through ad-hoc large volumes of data and reporting of regular activity and in-depth analysis of retention and marketing campaigns.


- Driving the successful delivery of the Consumer Strategy through statistical analysis
- Analyse data using SAS , SQL, Python and Excel to produce a presentation with recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Work on a business problem to assess what insight we could produce, analyse data and present back findings to the relevant teams and stakeholders
- Reviewing attribution of specific campaigns performance to flag campaigns we should do more of and ones we should stop/amend
- Produce regular reporting
- Drive change through analytics with pace and speed

Key Skills/Experience

- Experience of working as an Analyst – with a focus on statistics and large volumes of Data
- Analytical experience in Telecoms, financial services or equivalent ideal
- Experience of SQL, SAS, Python or SPSS
- Understands large volume of data and able to identify issues very quickly
- Ability to manage multiple projects to tight timescales
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced demanding environment.
- Highly numerate with strong commercial acumen
- Direct and pragmatic with a solutions orientated approach and an appetite for driving change
- Stakeholder Management skills
- Degree educated (or similar) in a numerical/commercial degree
