Job description
We are a successful civil contracting business who has been operating in Australia for over 35 years. · Extensive background in Mechanical/Electrical process engineering roles on a contraction site capacity.
· Previously work on a pre-contract position is desirable but not essential.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Current C-Class Driver’s License.
Our teams are multi-skilled, working with us, you’ll be given the opportunity to work on a range of projects while being fully supported to reach your goals. We are networked within a decentralised global organisation allowing easy access to a global ‘knowledge bank’ of resources, methods, and expertise where you can leverage the many business units within the VINCI group that specialise in all types of projects.
We have a range of benefits available for our employees:
Experience a workplace that truly values and supports you. We offer flexible health and well-being programmes to keep you at your best, along with competitive pay that reflects your worth. Our unique bonus scheme rewards your hard work, and through our partnership with VINCI, one of the world's top construction companies, you can grow your investment with our generous employee share program. We believe in a healthy work-life balance, offering a purchased leave programme and paid parental leave. We celebrate diversity, providing cultural leave for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Plus, enjoy peace of mind with salary continuance insurance, be part of an inclusive culture, and celebrate your birthday with a paid day off.
