We are in an exciting period of significant reorganization combined with an ambitious Digitalized transformation program, we are seeking a VIE – HR Project Officer F/M who wants to work within VINCI Construction UK, our subsidiary based in the UK – Watford, for 12 months of the mission.

Your main mission will be as such:

The VIE will join the dynamic HR team in the UK and you will play a key role in supporting and rolling out the HR digital project (Connect).

As such, your main missions will support UK entities in the deployment phases of a new HR tool project (Workforce administration, Payroll, Learning, People Review, Performance, etc.…):

• Organize and monitor project meetings and in liaise with key stakeholders
• Prepare, adjust, and gather all project documents (project plan, working papers, meeting minutes, communication supports, training workshops, etc.)
• Ensure with the key stakeholders the implementation of all phases of the project:
• Design:  draft meeting outlines and deliverables
  • Testing phase: perform tests and manage the recalibration associated
  • Training: train key users, lead workshops, and participate in the appropriate of the system by users
  • Support Go Live. manage incident tickets and accompany solving
• Identify, analyze, and track risks and issues throughout the project.
• Act as a unique point of contact with the local UK teams, the users, and central HR teams in France:

To offer you a unique experience, we offer you to start your VIE mission as part of our HR digital team in France (Nanterre). Through the first months, you will be trained by the HR digital team at VINCI Construction headquarter. Then, you will have all the luggage to start your VIE mission in the UK!

Desired profile

• A recognized qualification (Master's degree, Bac +5) from a Business school or university:
• First working experience in HR or as a Project officer/ project leader
• Strong interpersonal skills, open-mindedness, and curiosity - as you'll be working closely with stakeholders, the central teams, and local teams.
• Excellent time management and results-oriented approach.
• Previous international experience would be appreciated
• Fluent English Speaker. 

To enter the VIE program, you have to be:

• A European citizen aged between 18 and 28 on the date of registration, whatever training level ; 
• A graduate student, with a fluent level in English ; 
• Have never done any V.I.E. in the past ; 
• Do not have worked previously in the host country.
