As the Technical Sales Coordinator, you will be working within Veolia's Hazardous Waste Central Services Department, which sits in the modern Kingswood offices in Cannock. The department is responsible for the processing of customer enquiries and bookings as well as dealing with internal and external customer queries relating to the disposal of Hazardous Waste. The job is varied and no two days are the same due to the nature of this exciting, challenging and interesting industry. What you'll do
As the Technical Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures and ensure that calls from customers are dealt with swiftly and efficiently, ensuring the correct information is provided, including quotations etc. to assist with service efficiency.
Ensure work is completed within agreed team targets, turnaround of booking from initial query to scheduling the collection. You will deal with both internal and external customers and are responsible for ensuring that waste queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently in line with processes and legislative paperwork is completed.
You will have responsibility to the following departmental procedures including booking transport, inputting waste details, ordering labels and informing customers. You will be required to ensure that the correct data is entered into the Salesforce and WIMS system to enable the correct and efficient servicing of Veolia's customers at minimal cost to the business and ensuring compliance with all Veolia policies and procedures are adhered to.
