Hours - 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday starting 07:30 to 16:00
What you'll do
As the Technical Administrator you will report to the Maintenance Manager and will provide administrative support for the site maintenance team, through generation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work orders, raising purchase orders, procurement, coordinating contracts and supplies for goods and services, receipting delivered goods and completed services, assisting accounts and the maintenance team where required with documentation.

Self-motivation and a level of autonomy are essential whilst also operating within legislative and Veolia standards as a key member of the site management team.
You will be responsible for day-to-day control of ordering through either SRM or Stores for the business, assisting the Maintenance manager with budget control on monthly reports and for outages, controlling site wide planned and unplanned maintenance and asset care processes through CMMS (SAP) to minimise asset downtime and maximise availability.
Where you'll work
We have a great opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join the maintenance team at the Recycling and Energy Recovery Facility (RERF) in Leeds. The RERF is an innovative design focussed on removing recyclable waste (through an automated mechanical pre-treatment process) from primarily municipal residual waste and recovering energy from the remaining element; enough to power in excess of 20,000 homes annually.
Our Energy Recovery Facilities utilise world-class technology to safely transform residual waste into energy for the National Grid. Energy Recovery makes an important contribution to reducing the UK's long-term energy gap and helps to increase landfill diversion as part of an integrated waste management strategy.
Our RERF operates within the emissions limits of the Waste Incineration Directive and have been recognised by all the relevant agencies as a safe, efficient method of treating waste streams that cannot be recycled.
