Job Title - Operations Support Coordinator

Salary - Up to £21,000 depending on experience plus Veolia benefits *listed below

Location - Lincoln

Hours - Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate Operations Support Coordinator to join our teams in Lincoln. The successful candidate will provide operational support to our Contract Managers and their teams.

What you'll do

·
Communicate effectively when working remotely for the teams you are supporting.

·
Arrange regular review meetings with the managers you are supporting.

·
Raise Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipt, GRIR, deal with purchasing and invoice queries.

·
Collate data from internal and external databases/contacts.

·
Be available for onsite support by prior arrangement with the operational teams.

·
Ensure an efficient customer service facility is provided.

·
Actively participate in meetings and compile Customer Reports and complete meeting minutes.

·
Liaise with business support services such as Finance, People Development, QHS and HR to ensure effective local compliance through collaboration with the local management teams.

·
Control of Documentation to ISO 9001 standard.

·
Book travel, accommodation and hire vehicles as requested.

·
General day-to-day office duties and ad-hoc support as required by the business.

·
Assist with ongoing and ad hoc projects including the mobilisation of new contracts and dilapidation process for terminated contracts.

·
Ensure all paperwork is filed in a timely manner.

·
Maintain processes and ensure your work is visible to your team members so they can provide efficient absence cover.

·
Efficient organisation of your workload to ensure work output is delivered to agreed deadlines.

·
Provide assistance to your team members and cover for absence.

·
Actively manage and maintain internal tracking systems.

·
Ensure the registration for licences and subscriptions is updated.

·
Utilise and maintain a wide variety of internal and external databases and Google Drive.

Ideal candidate profile



Qualifications :

The experience you will need

Essential :

·
GCSE level, including English and Maths at Grade C or above.

·
Previous experience working within a responsible busy administrative role.

·
Microsoft Office and Google applications experience.

·
Proven organisational experience within the operational environment.

·
Ability to communicate effectively when working remotely from the managers you are supporting.

·
Able to use your initiative to ensure continual improvement.
