Job Title Operations Administrator
Salary Up to £19k (pro-rata) plus Veolia benefits
Location Craven Arms, SY7 8DU
Hours 25 to 30 hours per week, between 8.30 and 17.00, (Monday to Friday). Some flexibility with working hours and days worked is available but there will be a requirement to work Mondays and Tuesday morning

Where you’ll work
You will be based at our Craven Arms site with occasional travel to our other sites within Shropshire.
What you’ll do
As the Operations Administrator, you will provide generalist administrative support to the management team of our kerbside waste collections operations in the South Shropshire area.
Raise and process purchase orders
Enter employee overtime, holidays and other absences onto the Payroll system and processing weekly payroll for approximately 40 Operatives.
Act as note-taker at depot meetings
Maintain depot filing systems
Answering telephone and e-mail enquiries
Undertake other ad-hoc duties to assist with the depot management team
