Job Title: Mobile Service Engineer

Salary: £38,000.00 - £41,920.00 per annum + Company Vehicle + Excellent Veolia Benefits Package and Pension

Location: Mobile Role - Covering Southern Region including Southampton, Reading and Kingston Upon Thames, Tooting.

Hours: 43 hours per week + a call-out rotation of 1 in 4 weekends

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Service Engineer with previous electrical and mechanical maintenance experience to join our team of Mobile Engineers. The successful candidate will be required to proactively undertake daily operational and maintenance routine checks of energy equipment in 4 major Hospitals, including steam boilers and LTHW.

The Service Technician role is a mobile role covering the Southern Region - Reading, Southampton, Kingston upon Thames and Tooting area.

What you'll do,

·
Maintain and manage new and existing equipment with minimum supervision.

·
Carry out reactive and planned maintenance whilst delivering consistent customer service in line with Veolia Values.

·
Carry out work in line with Veolia Health and Safety policies.

·
Supervision of contractors, permit to work and risk assessment.

·
Carry out diagnostic and fault finding of the Plant and equipment.

·
Carry out routine servicing and commissioning of the Plant and equipment.

·
Complete service reports and associated paperwork and provide an appropriate response to emergency situations.

Seeked profile

Qualifications :

What you'll need,

· 
Full Driving Licence is essential.

· 
Qualification or relevant experience within Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance is essential.

· 
Previous experience maintaining and repairing equipment in total compliance with job specifications.

· 
Liaise and cooperate with sub-contractors and other visitors.

· 
Pro-active and capable of anticipating potential faults.

· 
Have a proven good record of health and safety performance and able to write and follow risk assessments for specific tasks.

· 
Able to follow method statements and amend as required.

· 
Previous experience in operation of steam Plant and associated equipment is highly desirable.

· 
Ability and knowledge on how to dismantle and reassemble boilers and associated equipment for annual inspections would be highly beneficial.

· 
Knowledge of planned maintenance schedules and repair works is desirable.

· 
17th Edition would be beneficial.
