Job description



Enovity seeks an experienced planner/scheduler for a full time position in our San Francisco office. This position will partner with the Regional Contract Manager to oversee and direct the preventative maintenance program for 60+ Courthouse buildings across northern California. This opportunity coordinates support between our in-house administrative staff and Enovity field engineers and subcontractors responsible for the execution of work.

About the Position:

In this role you will be responsible for the release of a monthly PM program to our field staff and track completion of the work, as well as be responsible for documents pertaining to the proper closeout of work orders.You will be expected to have a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety building systems. Facility management experience will be helpful. Field work will be minimal, and you will be expected to generate reports associated with the field activities of our engineers. You will work closely with a counterpart at the Judicial Council of California to maintain accurate records and lists and organize future work.

Responsibilities

Utilization of California computer aided facilities management system in support of program delivery and change management for the program

Interact with subcontract resources as required for program delivery

Asset management and tracking

PM release

·
Provide support to field personnel in their facility management duties

Provides support to any project relating to building systems

Root-Cause Analysis Support

Job Status Notes batch updates

·
Support Password Management Protocol for BAS program

·
Support BAS and O&M manuals development and maintenance

Facility assessment support

Other tasks as identified by his/her manager

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

·
High School diploma or GED

·
2+ experience of maintenance planning systems either as a planner or an engineering technician

·
Electrical/Mechanical aptitude preferred

·
Project management and capital project experience preferred

·
Excellent communication skills to interface with internal and external stakeholders

·
Takes independent action to manage deficiencies in the program as they occur

·
Works well in a team environment
