Veolia's Chemical & Monitoring Solutions (CMS) division is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to join our team. As the FSR, you'll become an integral part of Veolia Water Technologies &Solutions (WTS), a global frontrunner in water recovery, treatment, and reuse.
You'll be responsible for delivering top-notch on-site technical customer service, including conducting chemical tests, maintaining chemical feed and control equipment, managing chemical inventories, providing technical recommendations, and compiling detailed service reports. Your contribution will support Veolia’s commitment to delivering sustainable water solutions across diverse applications such as food and beverage, municipal water, microelectronics, and heavy industrial wastewater treatment, underlining your critical role in achieving our mission to resource the world.

Key Responsibilities:
· Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install and service chemical feed and water treatment equipment, perform water analysis, collect samples, troubleshoot and repair pumps, instruments, and control panels, and conduct preventative maintenance on chemical feed pumps, controllers, and instrumentation at designated customer sites.
· Technical Consulting and Support: Act as a technical consultant and liaison with customer management and technical counterparts, providing essential service and support. Offer knowledge and support to account managers on the company’s newest technologies for digitization and chemical feed and control solutions, including training and information sessions.
· Operational Excellence and Resource Management: Ensure the operational integrity and excellence of water treatment systems through meticulous calibration of feed pumps and controllers, maintenance of feed rate charts and log sheets, and management of inventory for spare parts, reagents, sample containers, and shipment containers for both routine and special samplin and analysis.
Qualifications
· At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory, plant-site (e.g., steel, refining), or maintenance role, with a high-school diploma or other degree in chemical studies or related field preferred.
· Demonstrates familiarity with water treatment processing.
· Interpersonal and Analytical Skills: Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service and results-oriented approach, complemented by robust analytical skills and business acumen. A team player who is also capable of working independently with minimal supervision after proper training.
· Technical Proficiency and Mathematical Skills: Able to read and interpret instruction and safety manuals, with hands-on and proactive working style.
· Exhibits solid mathematical skills, capable of performing math operations in all units of measure, including whole numbers, fractions, decimals, ratios, and percentages.
