Where you'll work

You will be working within our Commercial Operation which is based on the Dolphin Road Trading Estate in Shoreham West Sussex. We are a strategically located site in close proximity to a Veolia Material Recycling Facility & Veolia Energy Recovery Facility to ensure Businesses have the opportunity to reuse and recycle more waste, reducing further dependency on landfill and making a positive contribution to society and the environment. You will be joining a busy team of 30 personnel and we currently service circa 3000 businesses within our operating area on a weekly basis.

What you'll do

This is a key role within the business as you will be a part of a team providing an effective and efficient Collection Service to our clients in the collection of commercial recycling and refuse.

The role requires you to hold responsibility for the management of the SAP HR & Payroll system's including, recording working time, absences and holidays and updating employee records. The maintenance of Agora - raising purchase orders, also falls within the remit of the role.

You will also place all orders with Suppliers and record monthly depot costings. The role requires you to assist the Operations Manager with monthly reports and the Transport Controllers with fleet administration tasks when required.

Qualifications :

About your knowledge, skills and experience

To enable you to carry out this role you will possess GCSE's in both Maths & English, be computer literate and have experience within a similar role. You will possess excellent customer service and accuracy skills.

Knowledge of Sage SAP systems would be advantageous.
