- Deal with customers facing financial difficulties
- Sell water services
- Identify the customer service needs of your correspondent
- Handle the administrative requests of your correspondent
- Inform consumers about water quality
- Receive complaints and forward them to the appropriate department
Sales
- Advise your correspondents on products and services
Communications
- Carry out satisfaction surveys
Billing
- Suggest corrections to bills
Methods/Organization
- Plan appointment campaigns
Reporting responsibilities
- Report all incidents or faults detected
