Veolia is delighted to be the single supplier of Municipal Services for Waverley Borough Council.
Dedicated to providing a sustainable Refuse and Recycling collection service along with a community focused and tailored Street Cleansing Service. Veolia operates Municipal services for Local Authorities in all types of communities, offering straight-forward solutions to the challenges posed by differing geography and population in cities, suburbs and rural areas.
Waverley Borough Council is the largest of eleven local authorities in the county of Surrey. The
Council provides more than 120 services to a population of 130,000, living in 53,000 dwellings –
across an area mass of 133 square miles. The Local Authorities ambition is to achieve excellent
performance indicators by working in partnership with organisations such as Veolia that are best able to deliver the highest quality services to the Resident's and Citizens of Waverley. Veolia is the Local Authorities' main private sector delivery partner, carrying out all Municipal Services.
Essential services carried out such as Refuse and Recycling collections and Street Cleaning are
highly valued by the residents of Waverley, with ‘Recycling More' being a core element of current waste strategies for every Local Authority. Recycling kerbside services include, separated food waste, dedicated garden waste and co-mingled recycling material collections, all designed to maximise participation, provide value for money and improve staff safety.

About the role...
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract CRM/Data Administrator to join our team based in Farnham, Surrey, to support the optimised performance efficiency of a Municipal Services Contract by managing the day to day administration of the integrated CRM system and interpreting Waste Collection and Street Cleansing data, – analysing results and trends using statistical techniques and delivering quality of service.
The role is responsible for monitoring performance across the Contract and for initiating and assisting with reporting accuracy and effective process improvements along with carrying out key administrative duties, including liaising with the client and borough residents on all levels – and assisting the service Managers regarding all matters Operational to the satisfaction of the business.
Your principle responsibilities will be; Contract performance monitoring and the contribution and completion of all performance management reports; Effective maintenance of all ECHO records and data entry for services such as assisted and clinical collections and round allocation; Monitoring the progress of, and ensuring that all Rounds and Round legs are completed each day via Echo View; Data analysis of crew and round performance and the provision of effective staff engagement and development training and responsibility for carrying out key back office duties within the administrative team function.
