Ideal candidate profile
An exciting opportunity is presently available to join the Administration team based at our Queenstown Contract. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Queenstown Operations and Maintenance contract and Queenstown Projects.
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader this is a critical link between the client, field staff and the public. It is a fulltime permanent position with a proposed start date mid-October.
You will be responsible for providing general administration including over the counter customer enquiries, dispatch and processing of maintenance work orders, timesheets, stock purchase and assisting where required.
Experience with a computerised maintenance management system, field asset maintenance system would be beneficial but not essential. Must have excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
Experience in water industry O&M contracts or similar industry would be valuable.
