We have an opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our fast paced Business Development team in London, where you will be supporting Bid and Project Managers in the production of Public Sector waste and recycling tenders. The role includes working on Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), managing data rooms, booking meetings, undertaking market research and providing support with tender submissions. The post-holder is also responsible for providing day-to-day admin support to the team.
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive and user-friendly Bid Library.
Preparation and submission of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
Providing administration support to the team, including ordering, managing bookings, arranging travel, distributing weekly updates, processing purchase orders and undertaking other tasks as required.
Providing support to the bid team in tender preparation and assisting the team in the production of bid documents (formatting, printing, collating information etc.)
Searching for OJEU notices on procurement portals on a daily basis to identify potential opportunities.
Carrying out any ad-hoc tasks related to the production of tenders.
