Job Title: Administrator
Location: Padworth IWMF, West Berkshire
Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
What you'll do
The Maintenance Administrator will work closely with the Operations and Maintenance team providing administrative support across the waste management facilities in line with all legal and contractual requirements. You will be raising, receipting and managing purchase orders on SAP in line with company procedures, as well as raising and managing work orders for the maintenance team, recording completions and reporting as required on outcomes.
You will liaise with contractors and suppliers to secure the best value and appointments. The Administrator will manage the reception and induction of contractors and visitors to the facility, all including telephone queries
The Administrator will be responsible for stock management and stock control of the spares held on-site including reporting and reconciliation. You will be responsible for month-end reporting in line with facility requirements, working with the management and finance teams.
You will maintain the compliance filing system for the facilities in line with company procedure and ISO standards and support the administration of the RIVO Safeguard reporting system for all QHSE records. The Administrator will support other admin functions as required, including payroll and temporary labour.

Ideal candidate profile
The experience you will need
Maths and English GSCE C grade or equivalent required
IT proficient in Microsoft packages and ability to learn other finance packages and bespoke software
Excellent communications skills required, both verbal and written
Organised and able to meet regular deadlines
Able to follow detailed processes to ensure the accuracy of information
Comfortable working with a wide range of people and able to be a good ambassador for the contract and business in all interactions
Would prefer experience in working with SAP or similar PO management system, or a CMMS, as well as experience in working within a maintenance environment
