Job Title Administrator

Salary £22,214 plus Veolia Benefits including 25 days annual leave + statutory, option to join the Veolia pension scheme and access to a range of discounts and benefits

Location Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

Hours 40 hours per week

What you'll do

As Administrator you will provide administrative, financial, operational and developmental support to Landfill Site Manager and other departments as required, in line with Company policies, procedures & systems, ensuring continued statutory compliance. Management of a small team.

Your main duties will include:

Ensure accurate and timely management of purchase order processing.

Recording of financial data to enable accurate budgetary forecasting and management of several budgets/P & L's.

Assist with accurate recording of budgets and purchase orders.

·
Assist with compiling reports, entering and recording of information on databases.

·
Management of site utilities.

·
Ensure records for induction and ongoing training assessment are maintained and procedures are updated.

Qualifications :

Experience you will need

To enable you to carry out this role you must be educated to at least GCSE level C in Maths and English and have a good understanding of purchase ledger/accounting. You should be able to manage a small team having operational/administrative experience in a similar industry.

You should have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work in a team and on your own initiative and be IT literate.
