Where you’ll work
The Falkirk depot is located on Castle Road within Bankside Industrial Estate in Falkirk. The office provides a support network for a busy waste & recycling collections operation servicing commercial and industrial sectors in the central belt of Scotland.
What you’ll do
As Administrator you will provide admin support for the commercial depot by ensuring all relevant administration is completed in a timely fashion and provide support to the transport department by liaising with drivers, customers and other internal departments.
Duties will include:
Ensure the accurate inputting of payroll
Answer telephone calls
Liaising with customers
Experience you will need
To enable you to carry out this role you must have previous admin/clerical experience and be educated to GCSE level or equivalent,
You should have good interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and work well under your own initiative.
Experience of a customer service delivery environment is required.
