Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative activities that support the Field Service Manager and operations team with the primary focus of ensuring that the Dunder Treatment System (DTP) functions according to specification meeting the client’s demands and all regulatory responsibility. The position requires the ability to problem solve with a proactive and positive approach to assisting others while maintaining exceptional client’s satisfaction to all employees.

ROLES AND DUTIES

· 
Provide administrative support to the FSM and team including typing reports, presentations, scheduling of meetings, scheduling of calendar, coordinating courses/seminar registrations and travel arrangements.

· 
Coordinate and relay information from FSM to other departments.

· 
Assist the FSM with the  preparation, research and management for technical studies, proposals and reports for all facilities.

· 
Coordinate the storage of data and records for the various systems.

· 
Assist with the preparation and coordination of the budget.

· 
Assist with the preparation and coordination of all data and reports for clients.

· 
Assist with monitoring, maintaining and follow-up of day to day operational record keeping.

· 
Maintain confidentiality regarding internal and external affairs.

· 
Liaise with and participate in special groups committees as available (safety, HR engagement, service request team, quality management etc).

· 
Assist with the development and standardisation of departmental policies and procedures including ensuring all documents are produced in an acceptable format.

· 
Comply with all health and safety practices as it relates to the work, standard operating procedures and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

· 
Promote a high standard of customer service to the public as well as to all internal customers.

· 
Ensure office space is kept clean and orderly.

· 
Perform other duties as required.
