Job Description

Position Purpose: 

The account management co-op will serve as a key resource to the team.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities: 

·  Directly reporting to the Director of Energy & Account Management.
·  Professional service to account relationships.
·  Prepare client reports, presentations, and account summaries.
·  Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through CRM (Salesforce).
·  Assist with contract management and renewal processes.
·  Support preparation of sales proposals.
·  Provide support for market research efforts.
·  Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-up activities.
·  Analyze account performance metrics and prepare basic reports using excel, powerpoint, and Power BI.
·  Supporting project management requests as required by the rest of the upper management team.

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Background: 

·  High School Diploma/GED is required.
·  Currently enrolled in school obtaining BS/BA, preferably in Business, Economics, Sustainability, Accounting, Engineering, or relatable field.
·  Some energy, utility or related experience is preferred.
·  Prior experience in the energy, utility, or a related sector is a plus.
·  Prior experience in client engagement.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

·  Good PC and Microsoft Office skills, strong Excel and Word skills required; Microsoft Access a plus.
·  Strong analytical/problem solving skills required.
·  Attention to details and ability to review materials for accuracy.
·  Strong oral and written communication skills.
·  Strong telephone etiquette.
·  Ability/flexibility to learn and apply new skills.
·  Ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications.
·  Ability to prioritize work.
·  High level of professionalism and integrity.

Additional Information

Pay Range:  $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.
