Building Manager & Tenant Liaison - Business / Marketing Internship

Job description

We are about to take on a huge site from which we will build a creative workspace.

We will provide affordable workspace for a variety of interesting businesses & sole traders. From artist studios, to workshops, to hire rooms, to co-working.

We need a driven individual to join us on the journey. Your tasks will include, but will not be limited to:

- Posting vacancies online, chasing leads, doing show-rounds
- Helping engage with the community
- Helping tenants with the on boarding process
- Managing suppliers & partners
- Book-keeping
- Social media

We want someone with excellent communication skills and the confidence and creativity to introduce new ideas.

- Accountancy knowledge would be nice, but not essential
