Compagnie Fruitiere in Ghana is large grower of tropical fruits and a leading supplier of quality bananas to British supermarkets. Shipping bananas weekly to Britain and the European Market. Compagnie Fruitiere in Ghana specialises in Fairtrade and organic bananas and aims to become a major supplier of organic bananas to the European Market. The Banana plantation, where this placement will be located is 1,200 ha, with 2200 workers, producing just under 50,000 tonnes per year, making it the largest in Ghana and one of the larger banana plantations in Africa.
Poste et missions:
1 Develops further the diagnosis of the current monitoring / reporting, on aspects of production and agronomy (ITK, Integrated Control, Fertilization, Field / Irrigation Process, Packaging) to include HR and future aspects to be integrated into SIPA, notably labour productivity and analysis tools and supply chain.
2 Analyse and further develop methods of monitoring and reporting for all operational departments
3 Participates with operational teams in the implementation of dashboards
4 Guarantees the deployment of the SIPA tool within the production sites and the central services
5 Actively participate in discussions on the development of SIPA at Head Office Level (Marseilles), be able to succinctly relay this information to the operational departments.
6 Implement training kits and written procedures for the use of SIPA by operational managers.
7 Supports operating management in the in-depth analysis of production performance indicators. Alerts key managers of any drift or significant performance.
8 As a priority aids the development of the SIPA so it can be used as a tool to analyse plantation performance (input especially FTE), output) against budget and analysis vs real.

Terms
This will be a position based part time on the plantation (banana) and part time at the main office.
