WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The site Manufacturing Excellence Manager is responsible for managing and driving the implementation of the WCM program in his/her sourcing unit. The manager reports to the plant manager/director and is a member of the plant leadership team. S/he will coordinate all WCM activities for loss eradication within manufacturing inbound and out bound supply chain context. S/he is also responsible to develop a WCM Masterplan from the site manufacturing strategy, providing WCM skill development and coaching for all operators, engineers, supervisors and managers in the sourcing unit. The site Manufacturing Excellence Manager has a direct impact on improvement of manufacturing performance (e.g. OR, OEE, Man Ex Savings, etc)

Location : Planta Talismán (CDMX)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

·  Loss tree (planned, unplanned). Ensure the accuracy of the loss and OEE tree.
·  Centreline / Change over systems.
·  Maintenance basics (PM's work orders, Scheduled Maintenance, Breakdown elimination).
·  Downtime tracking, analysis and review processes (Daily, weekly and monthly reviews).
·  Focused improvement system.
·  Guide work teams with the proper selection and use of WCM tools
