WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
In collaboration with the eCommerce Manager, Digital Transformation Manager and Marketing teams, it manages the growth of categories through the ecommerce channel:
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Defining the new short-, medium- and long-term strategic plan of Company's categories, being a key role as an engine of category growth.
- Adapting it to the ecommerce channel
- Activating it through the key levers of ecommerce trade Marketing (assortment, promotion, activation, price..).
- Following it through KPI's previously defined and evaluating the results achieved.
- Definition of the strategic portfolio for the channel through Design 4 channels as the main pillar.
- Definition of the strategy for the company's 4 category for the ecommerce channel
- Adapt and connect marketing plans / CCD / CCBTs to the ecommerce team
- Definition and development of market studies and channel needs, as well as reporting of these KPIS and results
- Monitoring and improvements of KPIs to improve and assess the results of the strategy
- D4E (Design for ecommerce): Detect and develop opportunities for new formats and portfolio adapted to the ecommerce channel through the Early Bird project
- Continuous work with marketing and sales teams to create activation plans from the channel's special needs
- Work by the hand of main suppliers for the activation of strategic plans (Criteo, Districenter...)
- Ensure excellence and perfect execution for ecommerce retailers (Omnichannel & PP)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
. At least 3 years experience in Trade Experience
· Project and people management skills.
· Creative, initiativeed and strategically minded person.
· High computing knowledge in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis).
· Proven experience in Passion for growth and teamwork.
· Advanced level of English.
