Background & Purpose of the Job
The TMA will add further value by increasing division capabilities through ownership of initiatives such as increasing Return on Trade Investment, and raising customer engagement in Joint Business Planning.

Who You Are & What You'll Do
The focus of the Trade Marketing Analyst (TMA) position is to drive growth for the Central Division in either the Personal Care or Foods/Refreshments categories. This individual is responsible for building relationships with Category teams and leveraging their strategies and tactics to drive growth with customers in the division.

You're a strategy guru: Develop growth strategies for the Division teams that can be universally applied, targeted, supported and tracked.

You love to win, and have fun doing it: Challenge customer/market level spend and volume integrity and make sure they are following through with the proposed sales programs.
You're a story teller: Develop and maintain routine and ad hoc reports tracking customer team performance and plans for volume and spend.

You're a dot connector: Increase division capabilities through ownership of initiatives such as increasing Return on Trade Investment, and raising customer engagement in Joint Business Planning.

What You'll Need To Succeed

1-3 years related experience Knowledge of customer, data, systems and ability to analyze info and trends to make recommendations

4-year undergrad degree

Ability to manage multiple projects / processes at one time. Must be able to handle increasingly more responsibility as new platforms are launched

Strong communication, organizational, and analytic skills The TMA will also work with a variety of Region Sales Managers and ASM personnel, fulfilling

Possess initiative and drive to solve problems with limited direction and raise analyses beyond reporting
