Job description

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

An exciting, newly created role is now available for an ambitious, driven and experienced Trade E-Commerce Manager to join the Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) team at North Rocks. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role will develop sustained business relationships and drive profitable sales volume within the foodservice eCommerce/Digital space across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful applicant will work cross functionally within UFS and Trade (Distribution) Partners, and across both offline and online channels of the Trade Partners. You will ensure availability of UFS portfolio, and co-create operator demand through both offline and online channels. Creating collaborative, win-win joint business plans with the trade partners is a critical factor for success in the role. Understanding Trade Partner's needs and turning them into category development opportunities, whilst ensuring profitability, is another measure of success.

JOB SUMMARY

· Foodservice Trade (Distributor) Webshops - Establish Perfect Store Online and promotional planning and sell-out optimisation via trade webshop activation.
· Office Distributor Webshops - Establish Perfect Store Online and promotional planning and sell-out optimisation via office distributor webshop activation.
· Ufs.com or other Unilever Webshops - Establish and drive ufs.com as an order platform for Unilever Food Solutions.
· Pure Players (e.g. Amazon) - Establish working relationships with Pure Players to build alternate sales channels for Unilever Food Solutions.
· Trade Activations - Play a key role in the design and implementation of key trade activations (e.g. Bidfood Easter Seafood Promotion, Distributor Sales Representative Incentive Schemes) with an increased focus on online execution.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· Min. 3 years' experience within a similar role in Digital Marketing/eCommerce.
· Passion for eCommerce, and a strong sense of how digital methods can help drive a traditional foodservice industry.
· Degree qualifications in a related discipline such as Marketing/E-Commerce or IT.
· You must be a strong communicator, skilled in customer negotiations and an organized project manager.
· Experienced in food manufacturing, FMCG or any other related industry
· Proven capability to work in multi-functional teams.
· Extensive experience in successfully managing internal and external stakeholders.
· Strong planning & organisational skills with eye for detail.
· Results oriented self-starter, with the ability to thrive under pressure
