MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The Supply Chain Capability Building Executive leads all technical training interventions for the sourcing unit and is necessarily an experienced mechanical, electrical, and process technology with an excellent ability to Teach, Coach and Mentor. Within the factory, the skills trainer will continue to support the development and progression of skills of technicians, operators, and other blue collar (rank & file) skills through the radar skills audit, facilitation of training programs, and measuring gap closure.

The Supply Chain Capability Building Executive is responsible for the proper maintenance and safe running of on-site training facilities and materials.

JOB SUMMARY

· Technical – Able to Teach, Coach and Mentor a minimum of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and WCM (World Class Manufacturing) skills.

· Perform annual job description and skills audit to ensure these documents and database are updated.

· Co-create job skills inventory across roles of the Foods factory.

· Completion of skills assessment for total factory with special focus on blue collar and rank and file skills.

· Co-create development strategies with PD Pillar leader and ensure 100% OTIF (On-Time,In-Full) delivery of identified priority training.

· Facilitate training programs and co-facilitate annual mandatory and refresher training following the 4 levels of evaluation and Land Use Transport Integration (LUTI) approach.

· Monitor LUTI completion of WCM pillar leaders and members.

· Continuously increase number of skilled trainers or SMEs through certification programs.

· Implement and monitors success of onboarding program.

· Evaluates training program following the 4-levels of evaluation

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· With a degree in engineering preferably in the disciplines of mechanical, electrical, or electrical-instrumentation; or with strong 3-4 years solid engineering work experience.

· Preferably with teaching experience.

· With background in machine elements, architecture, alignment, metrology, and lubrication.

· With strong background in electric motors, bearings, and lubrication.

· With strong background in Electrical & Instrumentation and programming

· With leadership skills or potential.

· Strong project management skills.

· Willing to be assigned in Cavite
