Quality Assurance Coordinator

Manages quality team capability and skill, Credibility of quality testing and measurement programs, Good Laboratory Practices, Build Quality culture and Coaching, manage supplier quality, monthly and weekly quality reporting and SAP QM functionality/effectiveness and Quality Management Systems and Hygiene agenda for site by ensuring full deployment of external Quality standards, QV assessments, GMP, HACCP and Microbiology

1. Quality Team Capability

• Drives skills gap analysis within quality and identify training needs

• Coordinates and ensures necessary training happens

• Owns quality team contingency plan and skills cover

2. Credibility of Testing & Measurement

• Responsible for quality asset care management program

• Ensures equipment validations and external calibrations are conducted

3. Quality Reporting

• Generate all necessary weekly/monthly quality reports and trends: customer, consumer, trade quality, ops meetings quality reports and other relevant reports as required

• Own all SAP QM initiatives and ensures functionality of SAP QM at site level

• Own visual management of all quality reports as required by site

4. General Lab Management

• Responsible for all administration (e.g. purchase orders, bookings etc) within the QA department.

• Own Good Laboratory Standard (GLP) for the smooth operation of the lab

• Ensures safety agenda by quality team

• Ensures participation of quality team in all site initiatives

5. Supplier Management

• Manages supplier data and reporting

• Manages supplier quality performance and drive action plans closure

• Attend quarterly and cycle supplier meetings

• Build relationship with procurement in driving supplier quality agenda

• Support FI projects/initiatives at suppliers

6. Quality Management system

• Owns Unilever Consumer Safety Program

• Deploys all quality management standards: ISO9001:2008, HACCP, GMP, or any other Unilever Internal standard in all three sites

• Conducts internal audits and drive gap closure at site

• Owns regulatory compliance and validations

• Build relationships with external bodies and audit/training service providers

• Reports SAP QM/ Interspec Specifications issues

• Owns the integrity and correctness of specifications and lease with respective internal stakeholders

7. Incident Management

• Leads all recalls, consumer safety & serious incidents investigations

• Reports and liaise with GTM on all site incidents

8. Hygiene

• Ensures that the plant is hygienic and microbiologically safe for the production, by monitoring the implementation of appropriate and sustainable hygiene program is in place, according to GMP

• Conducts audit and identify suitable corrective action

• Ensures that immediate corrective action is implemented in the case of non-conformance and possible risk to product safety.

• Conducts hygiene audits of the factory environment, site canteens and ablutions.

• Owns and deploys Global Personnel Hygiene Standards

• Owns and deploys HACCP Program

• Drives cleaning and validation program for site

• Manages site pest control

• Implement foreign matter management program

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT:

Industrial/Chemical Engineering Degree

Biotechnology/Food Technology/Analytical Chemistry Degree or any other relevant qualification

Experience in factory

ISO9001:2015, HACCP experience
