Job description

MAIN JOB PURPOSE
· Support Customer Development/Sales team in claims verification and ensure appropriate Trade Terms Structure (TTS) management.
· Act as a business partner to Customer Development/Sales team especially in trade claims management.

JOB SUMMARY

· Ensure sufficient supporting documents attached for each claims which complies with company policy.
· Ensure claims are charged to the right standard chart of accounts.
· Reconcile and prepare aging for TTS and assist in resolving disputed claims.
· Perform audit to ensure compliance and support ad-hoc requests.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Finance or Accountancy.
· Minimum one (1) to two (2) years working experience in Finance/Accounting or Customer Development related field.
· Work knowledge with SAP accounting system will be a plus.
· Work knowledge in auditing and compliance is preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially VLook-Up and Pivot Table.
· Strong analytical skill.
