Procurement Officer Marketing and Business Services - Unilever
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We are looking for a driven, independent and analytical procurement officer to identify value adding actives. You will engage with the local business to implement and align different sourcing initiatives in accordance with UL and global policies. You will be reporting to the Procurement Manager of Marketing and Business Services DACH/Nordics, based in Hamburg and become part of a truly European team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Identify ways to reduce costs, implement and report results
· Develop, implement and drive procurement strategies which support the overall Unilever strategy and meet both current business and category demands and future needs
· Act as first point of contact for the Business and represent MBS Procurement
· Combination of execution, leading & supporting procurement & sourcing savings initiatives
· Prepare and manage the supplier selection process
· Finalize commercial agreements together with the Legal Counsel and develop and monitor supplier service levels
· Manage and maintain contracts

QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong professional procurement skills
· Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
· Convincing communicator with high drive on stakeholder and people engagement
· Comfortable working independent and virtually
· Strong in leading & executing procurement & sourcing projects
· Fluent in English and Swedish
· Entrepreneurial and forward thinking
· Analytical
