Procurement Excellence Procure to Pay Analyst
Background & Purpose of the Job
This position is responsible for managing the procure to pay process from contract set up to invoice payment. The analyst must understand the basics of contract compliance, financial invoice resolution, and payment processes. The analyst will be the key contact for third party finance providers and contract management. In addition, the analyst will be responsible for holding providers accountable for Service Level Agreement deliverables.
Who You Are & What You'll Do
• You're a strategy guru: Ensure Center of Excellence (CoE) service level agreements are delivered Stakeholder management (internal and external) .Creating reports and monitoring daily activities
• You're a dot connector: Conduct training sessions that will shape the structure of the procure to pay process
• You're a teacher: [Support portfolios on new and existing issues
• You're a changemaker: Drive continuous improvement in the process
What You'll Need To Succeed
• University degree with 2 + years exposure to procurement, finance and contract management • Basic understanding of finance, invoice resolution and payment processes • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders and outside resources • Sense of urgency with flexibility and ability to multi task and provide quick action on open issues
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
