Background & Purpose of the Job
This position is in the Global Skin Care category based in Trumbull. It is responsible for supporting the global skin care category design program with a focus on concentrates. He or she must be able to lead complex global projects and support multiple projects at a time. They also must be able to lead capability build projects, such as in-silico predictive modelling, concentrates, and complex technologies. Must be able to apply data analysis (e.g. Process Analytic Tools) and modelling (e.g. Computational Fluid Dynamics) to provide key processing insights.

Who You Are & What You'll Do
This position reports into the Process Manager. The core responsibility is to manage the R&D process development responsibilities under the Skin Care category innovation plan. Includes challenging & time sensitive projects that drive growth in Global Skin Care brands such as Dove, Vaseline, St. Ives & Simple. Work with category cluster process teams, global factory, and 3P teams to roll out new innovations with new technologies. Feed into project network for process activities. Provide input to Global Category Leadership Team documents for any relevant process activities. Mentor junior team members in own capability areas. Hold self and others accountable for agreed deliverables.

What You'll Need To Succeed
Degree in Chemical Engineering
3-5 years experience in process & R&D (Beauty & Personal Care category preferred)
Self-starter with ability to think on your feet and flexibility to adapt to different scenarios
