Background & Purpose of the Job


Working with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, the Organization Effectiveness (OE) and Analytics team create and deploy best in class organization standards that touch all parts of our business. We look at the total workforce to achieve this - employees plus contingent labor – and use analytics to build our points of view. To achieve our ambition, we are committed to becoming increasingly more global and more local in our ways of working – leveraging the knowledge of the global OE/Analytics team and deploying such knowledge at a local level is essential.

We invest in raising the HR capability in OE/Analytics of our team, the Expertise Community as well as developing and launching business ready tools to enable effective implementation for HRBPs.


Who You Are & What You'll Do


The OE/Analytics specialist will need to combine proficiency in OE execution with the ability to run and implement projects across a variety of different business units within Unilever. Local and business facing experience is important so that we can reach out and create appropriate interventions for a cross-section of stakeholders.

Responsibilities
· Work closely with HR and Business Leaders and to identify the Organization elements to a business problem, and co-create solutions to address the opportunity
· Build prototype tools and new ways of modelling OE and Analytics, including the use of both HR and non-HR data sets (e.g. Finance, Productivity tools)
· Effective project leadership related to OE, Analytics, workforce planning and employee insights – across employee and non-employees
· Partner with ETS I&A and data scientists to develop breakthrough solutions
· Responsible for applying new technology, predictive analytics, insights and AI into talent management, succession planning and development practices.
· Unilever's various business units provide a host of exciting opportunities for an experienced OE and Analytics candidate. What You'll Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the development of new OE and Analytical techniques, ideally with experience in building development / capability programs to share this knowledge through an organization. (S)he will be proficient in Excel, and demonstrable interest in Machine Learning or Statistics with following requirements:

· Bachelor degree in a related field
· 1+ years prior work experience supporting OE and Analytics projects
· 1+ years' experience working with large sets of HR related data – including spread sheets, integrated report, finance data etc.
· Intermediate to advanced Excel (including use of VLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, Pivot tables)
· Rigorous yet creative analytic approach that enables superior business outcomes
· Able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses.
· Able to communicate findings clearly to both HR and non-HR audiences
