Job description

1.  Set up channel strategy, customer strategy, pricing strategy, and business structure for the brand in China to make sure brand healthier business foundation
2.  Achieve sales target, with accurate demand planning and budget planning
3.  Negotiate and manage power with key customers, especially on EC platform, including TMALL, JD, TDI, C店 and selective premium retailers. 
4.  Drive brand growth on new and emerging channel extension, including but not limited to Douyin, wechat, Red book, professional channels, to B channels and etc
5.  Brand pricing environment protection.
6.  Good customer and key live stream relationship
7.  Premium brand experience is a good PLUS
8.  EC + retail experience is a PLUS
