Job description

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

This is a 6 month fixed term contract situated at our North Rocks site. The purpose of this role is to ensure data activities are completed as per specified guidelines for all Vendor & Customer data activities from initiation to closing the request ready for the business to transact. Includes Vendors & In Home and Out of Home Customers

JOB SUMMARY

· Coordinating with functions within the business on data definition / collection activities and work with them to improve turnaround times

· Taking up escalations & issues, analysis & resolution

· Training users in the business in the process and systems is a big part of this role.

· Provide input into monthly MDM reporting

· Support the Specialist Lead with ad hoc requests.

· Very good Excel skills for analysis and formatting of data reports.

· Review Data Quality reports for Vendors and Customers from Enterprise Support & arrange for corrections to be requested/processed

· Ensure all Data Quality KPIs are met

· Take action on Common Code requests and arrange approval/rejection from the business to feedback to Enterprise Support via the Common Code Workflow Tool (CCWT)

· Validation of data as per the Standard Operating Procedures

· Update relevant logs at the time of action

· Participate in weekly meetings with Specialist Lead

· Provide feedback on Business Rules and Data Owner matrix

· Monitor MDM mailbox and alert Specialist Lead of urgent requests

· Managing network n:%5C folders and Sharepoint and archiving as required

· Assist with monthly local audit, internal audit, external audit and annual Operational Control Audit (OCA) as required

· Audit Compliance through day to day activities

· Error tracking for Customer and Vendor Masters

· Provide input and assistance into the development or enhancement of the MDM Tools

· Review and update documentation & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required

· Provide support to the Pricing Data Administrator by uploading pricing requests to CG & validating only if it's business critical during peak times

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· SAP MDM training

· Previous SAP MDM experience – especially Vendors, Customers, Pricing, reporting

· Excel skills

· Ability to work with a team

· Ability to react quickly to requests
