MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The Manufacturing Crew is responsible for carrying out general line operations and cleaning regimes according to planned operational requirements in order to safely deliver a good quality packed product.

JOB SUMMARY

· Assists the Line Operator to carry out pre start-up checks to ensure that the area and equipment is clean and is in a safe condition as per the SOP. Assists shutting down equipment and the area as per the SOP.
· Performs cleaning and disinfection activities as per Standard Operating Procedures. This covers C&D during startup, flavor change over, pack size change over, and close out (deep cleaning). This includes disassembly of equipment parts due for cleaning and re-assembly prior to startup. Alerts team leaders to potential sources of contamination and dirt identified in inaccessible places.
· Assists in setting up equipment prior to run, following SOPs ensuring safety of people and quality of products during operation.
· Provides a continuous supply of appropriate raw and packaging material from staging area to the respective filling lines.
· Ensures compliance to GMP standards, CRQS, Micro, and Zero FOM. Detects process abnormalities quickly and takes emergency action to prevent them.
· Accurately monitors and records events that have occurred during shift (cases packed/rejects etc.) in the performance report and turnover to the next shift.
· Must actively contribute to the safe working environment and safety programs. Must comply to Safety policies, Golden Rules and participate in SBO recording.
· Regular submission of OPLs and tags.
· Require a level of agility to move quickly between workstations, ascend and descend steps often carrying loads. Assembly and control operations also require a level of hand eye coordination and finger dexterity. Monitoring and Quality assurance tasks require an adequate level of sight and smell.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Degree holder in any technical course
· At least 1 year of Manufacturing experience
· Fresh graduates with a degree in any technical course are welcome to apply
· Basic knowledge in electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting
· Flexible within pattern of shift work
· Willing to work in Manggahan, Pasig
