客户发展部通过线上、线下全渠道的方式(如:阿里/京东等电商平台、美团/饿了么等到家平台、大润发/沃尔玛等线下商超),将联合利华的产品带到千家万户。在这里,你将获得线上、线下多种渠道多重体验,我们带你用大数据把握市场风云变化,用创新改变消费者的生活方式,用实力取得客户的信任。
【工作职责】
完成公司要求的月度、季度、年度销售指标;
负责经销商渠道,完成公司要求的区域重点客户各项指标;
建立并维护好客户关系;
带领团队完成通路行销部门的各项促销活动;
带领团队快速完成公司新产品的区域终端推广及市场渗透;
客户的库存及财务管理。
【岗位要求】:
1. 本科及以上学历,专业不限
2. 两年以上销售经验,经销商管理经验优先
3. 充满激情,乐于挑战,具有团队合作精神;渴望实现自我,充满正能量
4. 沟通能力良好,善于与人交际;
