KA Supervisor —Social EC

抖音 Flagships Owner & brand-live streaming management

·  Achieve 抖音flagship store net sales
·  Sourcing and manage the right DP partner to set up operation strategy, plans and execution of flagship store in 抖音in terms of merchandising, activity planning, customer service and logistic delivery.
·  Monitor DP’s daily operation to ensure the brand equity and business target are well addressed
·  Evaluate the performance of key metrics like UV, Conversion, AUS and Return rate on daily/weekly basis in order to increase brand sales

Business Analysis & Reporting

·  Analysis of sales, site performance, live stream, and marketing programs.
·  Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion analysis, email database growth and behavior, marketing programs.

Qualifications

·  Minimum 3 years experience in Ecommerce area in FMCG company or TP
·  Background in Douyin operation or MCN Agency is preferred
·  Strong customer and consumer focus and knowledge in business.
·  Preferred to be creative with entrepreneurship spirit and can work independently
·  Bachelor degree above
