Junior Procurement Officer - Unilever

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We are looking for a driven, independent and analytical Junior Procurement Officer Ato our Nordic Head Office based in Solna. In this role you will engage with the local business to implement and align different sourcing initiatives in accordance with Unilever and global policies. You will be reporting to the Procurement Manager of Marketing and Business Services DACH/Nordics, based in Hamburg and become part of a truly European team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Identify ways to reduce costs and implement and report results
· Approve Ariba Purchase Requests from the business for the assigned portfolio
· Support in implementing and driving procurement strategies that meets both current business/category demands and future needs
· Identify opportunities to standardize purchasing requirements and enable this in the form of a catalogue that can be loaded into Ariba
· Manage the supplier selection process and maintain contracts

QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous experience from a similar role
· Comfortable user of ideally Ariba or similar systems
· Strong user of Microsoft Office
· Fluent in English and Swedish
