· developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics for smaller accounts
· translating sales strategies into specific operational sales objectives
· creating promotional strategy (per customer and per category)
· monitoring sales performance and other key effectiveness indicators
· support financial settlements with our customers
· making analysis and preparing reports with recommendations concerning potential customer development
· cooperating internally with key functions (Marketing, Channel and Category Development, Category Management, Regional Marketing, Customer Service & Logistics)
· building long-term relationships, effective communication
· seeking new business development opportunities

This job is for you if you

· have an university degree
· have at least 2 years of experience in supporting client relationship in FMCG sector
· very good English skills (language most commonly used within the organization)
· are goal oriented and success driven
· have strong negotiation skills
· have strong analytical skills
· know how to solve problems and present great resilience
· exercise excellent communication skills
· are a bit of rebel
