IT (INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES) ANALYST

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The main purpose of the geography based IT Analyst role is to support the CEE IT DCS Manager within area of responsibility as a representative for the whole IT direct infrastructure services , including the IT Service lines, with the geography business teams.

Deliverables:

· Support all escalations raised by business and internal IT , to central IT managed services,
· On top of BAU, support all infrastructure projects raised locally or centrally,
· Undertake activation activities for Global IT Innovation & Service Line activation programs,
· Ensure the necessary project management and application development activities for infra Innovation projects within scope responsibilities,
· Work with local vendors in delivery of infra services,
· Assist with communication and resolution of Incidents for infra services,
· Input to review of infra services within area of responsibility and help develop action plans for these,
· Assist with communication and coordination of status of Urgent Incidents within the Geography and understanding impact to support resolution of these incidents,
· Participate in problem management activities within area of responsibility as required to support Service Line/Operations teams in resolving problems,
· Work with business teams to ensure that the benefits of the existing services and new/updated services within area of responsibility are achieved,
· Supports hardware and software asset management activities as appropriate within area of responsibility,
· Adhere to governance & compliance framework.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· Fluent Polish & English,
· Good communication & stakeholder management skills,
· Good IT Service Delivery & IT Support experience, ITIL knowledge,
· Broad overall IT knowledge (Traditional technologies, Digital trends, IT Security),
· IT Project Management experience. Prince2%5CPMI or Agile certificate as a plus,
· Genuine interest in monitoring, evaluating and testing the new digital technologies.
