The opportunity & responsibilities
We currently have a 12-month Maternity leave contract for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team based in Tatura. This role will be looking after the Tatura Manufacturing site and teams and is a great career opportunity to work closely with business on exciting and critical projects, driving a people focused agenda.

We can accommodate either a fulltime or part time contract for the right candidate.

Your main duties will include:
· Delivering HR support to the business and ensuring HR delivery is fully aligned to business goals.
· Supporting and influencing managers and teams in business delivery through enhancing their capabilities to achieve strategic plans, managing their people, leading change activities and building relations with key stakeholders.
· Utilises the talent development process and tools delivered by the Expertise Teams in order to provide and develop the diverse talent pipeline for both the short and medium term needs of the company
· Collaborates with the business for the creation a high-performance culture by implementing team and organisation design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
You will bring
· You will be a degree qualified professional with strong experience in a generalist HR partnering role ideally from a FMCG or manufacturing environment.
· You will be comfortable working in a busy and complex environment where change is constant.
· Thorough understanding of management trade unions, key legal, compliance, safety and other regulatory issues involved in key HR processes – knows key issues to look out for and when to get expertise teams involved
· Ideally has had experience of HR service centre environment and/or expertise teams as well as hands-on HR management experience in the business
· Most importantly, you will be passionate about people and working at a strategic level with experience covering leadership development, talent management, succession planning and workforce planning.
