MAIN JOB PURPOSE


The Category Planner will provide support to the Cluster Supply Chain Manager and business partner with Marketing in the South east Asia and Australia region.

JOB SUMMARY

· Prepare report for Monthly Business Review for a monthly meeting presentation.
· Manage innovation networks for all innovation projects per country
· Work with SEAA Category Brand Teams, Procurement teams, Finance, SEAA country Planning teams, SC factory management teams, Global Planning & Technology Team, GDC and RDC
· Represent Supply Chain in project team meeting
· Build and get alignment on material sourcing strategies
· Align manufacturing/sourcing strategies products and markets within SEAA
· Align and agree CAPEX planning and implementation for innovations
· Build and implement capacity planning for each innovation
· Ensure structural capacity to support cluster and category growth whilst driving utopia principles and capital efficiency
· Manage medium and long term (4-5 years) SEAA capacity planning for the whole HC category
· Support Category GM Improvement Target through the 5S pillars

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· University degree, preferably Engineering Graduate, Supply chain qualification advantage
· Experience in FMCG Supply Chain (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics)
· Experience on SAP ERP, APO
· Commercial acumen
· Cross functional business process knowledge
· People management
· At least 3 Years in Supply Chain operations (production planning, demand planning/forecasting, inventory management)
· Customer Service, Planning experience
· Exposure to Order to Cash, Requisition to payment cycle
· Budgeting & Planning skills
· Good general management skills and business acumen.
· FMCG experience
· Experience in managing the team through a substantial change
· Experience in finance, customer, and category management an advantage
