Background & Purpose of the Job

Unilever is seeking a customer-focused Freezer Cabinet Operations Representative to join our Out-of-Home (“OOH”) operations at our Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey location to support and manage inbound customer service support to the Out-of-Home Ice Cream Sales Division and freezer cabinet management market for Direct Store Delivery network. In this role, you will provide problem solving resolution for customer, distributor and OOH field personnel pertaining to cabinets, product deliveries and field service issues.

Who You Are & What You'll Do

• Support 6 regional business managers directly and OOH Key Account and National Account managers indirectly

• Manage regional cabinet asset inventory including; orders, moves, pickups, deliveries and spare parts and service repairs

• Process new OOH business leads that originate through the call center; enter new customer information into Freezer Management System (FMS) system

• Execute monthly distributor cabinet inventory reconciliation activities

• Document all call information per standard operating procedures

• Complete call and shipping logs and produce call reports on a daily basis

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree is required

• Knowledge and relevant work experience in asset inventory management in a customer service environment is required

• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, with accurate data management, is required

• Strong bias for action & accountability both for self and others

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, bot written and verbal

• Critical skills include, but are not limited to: customer service, data entry, problem solving, project management and vendor management
