JOB SUMMARY:

As a part of Unilever's global business services organization, Enterprise and Technology Services (ETS), Enterprise Services (ES) focuses on the processes and services used by Unilever and works to improve them to drive operational excellence at lower costs. ES supports the smooth-running of applications and services across multiple functions. As a part of ES, you will help to create the processes and activities scaled and shared across functions that work to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Unilever.

This unique Early Career Programme involves a personalised generalist programme with an insight into the world of ES and how this function supports cross-functional service lines such as, Workplace and Travel, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Information & Analytics. You will move across functions within ES to gain insight into how it is invaluable to the business. Your role will involve working with outstanding people to deliver cutting edge technology and the best in-class services such as that have a global scale with local impact benefitting our people and consumers. From an information analyst, to an operational assistant manager, to a service line assistant manager, you will collaborate with other functions on how to make their processes better. You will gain invaluable skills in the collaborative and service-oriented work of ES. Your fresh mindset in this function will further improve the future of services and data & analytics within Unilever. The duration is flexible, customised to your individual needs. It will be no less than 1 year, but no more than 2 years. You will be working on critical projects and programmes across our service lines to eventually, if successful, work up to a management position. You will be moving among various service lines in ES, some will last 6-9 months, and other short-term projects will be less than 9 months. There is the potential to move globally for a specific role, but most of your roles will be local.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· This role is open to both a graduate or an individual who already has work experience and keen to join a training scheme
· A real passion for numbers and business insight.
· Preferably a background or work experience in science, technology, engineering or math along with an interest to gain deeper insight into the processes behind a company
· Collaborative approach, A service-oriented lens: We are a supportive function and your projects will help support other functions
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
· Results driven and creative in your approach to solving complex problems.
· A visionary and disruptive mindset to deliver creative and effective results to challenge the status quo.
· Comfortable and adaptable in a continually changing and challenging environment.
· Willingness to relocate to global sites.
